1. Introduction
By placing an order with Lhooma ("Seller"), you ("Buyer") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern the sale of the products listed on our website. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not place an order.

2. Definitions

  • Lamp Shade: The decorative cover sold by the Seller, produced using 3D printing technology.

  • Electrical Components: The cable, socket, switch, and plug provided in original, unopened packaging by third-party manufacturers.

  • Finished Lamp: A fully assembled lamp. The Seller does not sell finished lamps.

3. Product Description
The product offered for sale consists exclusively of a 3D-printed lamp shade and a set of electrical components provided by reputable third-party manufacturers. The electrical components are delivered in their original, unopened packaging, carry CE certification, and are produced within the European Union. The products are sold as separate items; no fully assembled lamp is provided.

4. Intended Use
The lamp shade is designed exclusively for use with LED lamps. The only LED lamp intended for use with the lamp shade is the one supplied together with the electrical components. Use with any other lamp type is strictly prohibited and shall be at the Buyer’s sole risk.

5. Third-Party Electrical Components
5.1 The electrical components included are manufactured, certified, and packaged by reputable third-party companies within the European Union.
5.2 The Seller acts solely as a distributor of these components and does not manufacture, modify, or alter them.
5.3 Any warranties or guarantees relating to the electrical components are provided exclusively by the original manufacturers. The Buyer acknowledges that any claims or disputes regarding these components shall be directed to the respective manufacturer.

6. 3D Printed Lamp Shade Variability
6.1 The lamp shade is produced using 3D printing technology. Due to the inherent nature of this process, minor variations in form, shape, and appearance may occur between individual prints.
6.2 These variations do not affect the functionality or safety of the lamp shade and shall not be considered defects or malfunctions. Product images on our website are for representative purposes only.

7. Liability Disclaimer
7.1 The products are provided “as is” without any additional express warranties, except as provided herein and in accordance with applicable statutory rights.
7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller excludes liability for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use, installation, or misuse of the lamp shade or electrical components, including any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
7.3 Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Seller’s liability for damages or injuries resulting from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
7.4 The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the installation and use of the products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

8. Warranty and Statutory Rights
8.1 The lamp shade is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. “Normal use” is defined as indoor use under standard conditions and in accordance with the provided installation instructions.
8.2 The statutory warranty rights provided under German and EU law remain unaffected and cannot be waived.
8.3 No express or implied warranties are provided for the electrical components; any warranties for these components are solely those provided by the respective third-party manufacturers.
8.4 The Seller’s liability for any warranty claims shall be limited, at the Seller’s discretion, to the repair or replacement of the defective product or components, without exceeding the purchase price paid.

9. Separation of Products
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Seller sells the lamp shade and the electrical components as separate items. The Buyer is expressly informed that these components are not integrated into a fully assembled lamp. The Buyer is solely responsible for the final assembly and for ensuring that the assembled product complies with all applicable safety and installation requirements.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10.2 For consumers, statutory rights provided by applicable law shall apply. In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may bring a claim in the court of their domicile, unless otherwise agreed.
10.3 For non-consumers (B2B transactions), the courts in Munich, Bavaria, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Amendments
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be clearly published on our website and will apply only to orders placed after the effective date of such changes. In the case of material changes that affect the Buyer’s rights, the Buyer will be notified in a timely manner. Continued use of our website or placement of orders after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

12. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 30 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a designated third party (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

  1. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Lhooma by email at sebastian@lhooma.com.

  2. Effects of Withdrawal
    If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you—including the standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than our standard service)—without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

  3. Conditions for Return
    You must return the goods to us within 30 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
    The lamp shade must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and accompanying materials.
    Please note: Due to the inherent nature of 3D printing, slight variations in form and shape are normal and shall not be regarded as defects.

  4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specific requirements or are clearly personalized if these characteristics result from your specifications.
    The lamp shade offered by Lhooma is a standard product produced using 3D printing technology. Although minor variations are inherent to the process, these do not constitute a customization that would exclude the right of withdrawal.

  5. Return Shipping Costs
    If the product is not defective or non-conforming, the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
    In cases where the goods are defective or not in conformity with the contract, Lhooma will reimburse the return shipping costs upon verification of the defect or non-conformity.

  6. Refunds
    Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund and credit the amount to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

  7. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
    If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, please contact us immediately at sebastian@lhooma.com with your order number and a description of the issue. In such cases, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or return in accordance with applicable law, including the reimbursement of any necessary return shipping costs.
